The employer pays our fees in all cases. For permanent placements there is an unconditional guarantee. For temporary and temp-to-perm positions, the employer is free to take the person on their payroll after 520 hours (normally 3 months).
Employers will be happy to know, we have personally interviewed over 6,000 candidates in the past 29 years and maintain an extensive file of candidates we are talking to on a daily basis.
